My advisor took from 9am -3:20 pm to just switch a tire and I was told to hold on because he was with a client while my vehicle was still in his possession! Llevé mi Toyota Tundra 2018 con 41,000 millas el 10 de enero 2025 para el balance de las 4 llantas Repair order reference 766387. Impeccionaron mi Tundra y me informaron que el costo aplicándole un cupón enero 2025 para el balance de las 4 llantas Repair order reference 766387. Impeccionaron mi Tundra y me informaron que el costo aplicándole un cupón que llevé, me iba a costar $90.00. Acepté, esperé y me entregaron mu Tundra después de pagar informándome que le hicieron el balanceo a las 4 llantas. La volví a llevar en enero 23, 2025 porque aún continuaba con el mismo problema. Luego de volver a impeccionar mi vehículo y tenerlo mas de 2 horas, me informaron que el problema estaba en las llantas, y me dieron 3 opciones que van de $1,694.50, $2,038.46, $2,399.02 Mi preguntas es: Porqué me cobraron el trabajo, me hicieron invertir mas de 6 horas de mi tiempo y hasta me hicieron creer que habían balanceado las llantas, si no se podían? Es frustrante. Las llantas que le tengo instaladas las he usado una cuarta parte de su uso. La verdad es que no se que creer. Habrá alguién que me pueda ayudar y me pueda dar una solución real?
