I brought my tire in for replacement due to highway damage on the tire at 4 PM. We have full tire coverage warranty on my vehicle. The advisor put a claim in to the warranty company. We were there for damage on the tire at 4 PM. We have full tire coverage warranty on my vehicle. The advisor put a claim in to the warranty company. We were there for over 2 1/2 hours then the advisor came back and said we’re not gonna be able to do it today because we haven’t received the email back from the warranty company now this is 6:30 PM . Then the manager said that they were going to call the warranty company to find out within 15 minutes. It was approved now! Toyota your service department once they send out an email for warranty. Should follow up within 20 minutes with a call,because this was unnecessary.!!!! We were there from 4 PM. I didn’t get home until 8 PM, all because of a tire needed to be replaced 1 tire unacceptable !!!! It was really a horrible experience and I hope you fix your system for other customers!! More

Service is usually okay however everytime something is done with my tires like a rotation I lose a hubcap this has happen on mulitple occassions. I have purchased 2 sets of hubcaps thus far.
