Sales tactics are very misleading . I was told one thing over the phone and told something completely different in person in regards to my trade in value. Also the the sales came off very deceptive I was given on offer sheet with one set of numbers while he was telling me the offer sheet was not accurate that the payments were actually lower.m, all to get me to rub my credit.
