He was trying to charge me for things I’ve never been charged for before and on top of that he told me that I refused a service last year and that was a lie, he claimed that’s what the computer said. After diagn scheduling is easy. Serving my car is quick and painless. During my previous service, I had asked Norman to have a look at my radio. After diagnostics, he determined it needed to be replaced. Although my car's warranty was well past it's expiration, but because it's mileage was low, Norman offered to contact Toyota and perhaps work out a deal for me to just pay half for a replacement. Thanks to Norman, I have a new radio - without any cost to me! In a million years, I would not have expected for Toyota to agree to pay 100%. Such a wonderful surprise. More
