I have bought 5 trucks from this dealership and always had a good experience. I drive past 2 Toyota dealerships to go to Toyota of Tampa Bay. Never had a problem. I set up my appointment based on how lon had a good experience. I drive past 2 Toyota dealerships to go to Toyota of Tampa Bay. Never had a problem. I set up my appointment based on how long I was told it would take to service my truck and do the recall work. My wife has Alzheimer's and cannot be left alone so I needed to know if I had to find someone to stay with her. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hrs. to do the work so I brought her with me. When I got to the dealership, I was told it would take 2 hrs. At 2 1/2 hrs. I went to see where my car was and saw it sitting in the parking lot. I went to get the service representative that had helped me, and he told me they had not done the recall work yet. I told him I couldn't wait any longer I was going to leave. After he talked to someone, he told me they could have it done in 30 minutes. I again told him I was leaving and get me my truck. The next thing I know I see my truck going to another building. Again, I told the service representative to bring me my truck I was leaving. Finally, he brought me my truck and we left. The service representative was very apologetic. But no one talked to me at the 2 hr. mark to let me know how much longer it would be. If I had not gone back to see where my truck was, I could still be sitting there. My wife was very upset as she doesn't understand why she is there so long. I will just take my truck to another dealer to get the recall work done. I am not sure I will bring my truck back to your dealership. This could have all been avoided with proper communication. Respectfully, Robert Gill More
