My service advisor Josh H was very helpful and attentive to me. My only complaint is that having to wait 2 hours for just an oil change is ridiculous, most dealers in area have a quick service for oil chang to me. The worst experience during my 10 years of being a Toyota customer. James Williams did not know how to handle the Service System in the computer and he did not even know how to call me an uber!
