I requested oil change, tire rotation and injectors cleaning. I presented a coupon special for oil change/injector for $49. I marked my rear wheels as my other car RAV4 seemed the tires were not rotate cleaning. I presented a coupon special for oil change/injector for $49. I marked my rear wheels as my other car RAV4 seemed the tires were not rotated for the initial service at another dealer. Before I departed the dealer I noted my marked wheels were not rotated. I inform the Svc Advisor who called the tech who admitted not rotating the tires. I informed the Service Director, Ms. Erica who seemed to become upset with me towards the end of the interaction. Later I noted the injector cleaning was not on the receipt. I called the Svc advisor to ask if it was done and he responded he has plenty bottles to go back and get one. I was already on the highway exit. He indicated would call me back. I left a a message to the Service Director with this new noted not performed service. I have not received a call back. The Director got involved and attempted to ensure my car service was completed but if I did not check I would have gone home thinking it was done to maybe find out later my tires are messed up. I have to say these are the simplest services anyone could do to a car and cannot imagine what happens behind closed doors. More

My Toyota Drive Safe application recorded numerous hazardous driving events while my vehicle was in the care of Toyota of Tampa Bay. 45 total incidents during a 66min test drive. It took a total of 8 trips to the Toyota of Tampa Bay dealership, plus an additional 3 trips to the Mini Dealership to fix a SINGLE issue with my vehicle's tire. Over and over and over again, I was dism dealership, plus an additional 3 trips to the Mini Dealership to fix a SINGLE issue with my vehicle's tire. Over and over and over again, I was dismissed without the issue being resolved. I responded to every single review request, every text asking to let them know if there was a problem. Until the second-to-last trip, no one ever responded. After that visit, I sent a text with my email address stating that I needed a manager to contact me ASAP. I finally heard from Erica Ortiz, who told me that a General Manager had seen my negative review months ago and was sorry they hadn't reached out to me yet. That I should expect a phone call the next day. No call. No further response from Erica Ortiz. This dealership did not do right by us. They took our money and ran, leaving us frustrated and with extremely limited options. At this point, we are looking at selling our vehicle and suing the dealership if we have to take a loss. More

I don't know if anyone ever actually reads these. NO. I am not satisfied. I did not have a "truly exceptional" experience. I am livid. Toyota of Tampa Bay has completely failed - for the FOURTH NO.
