During my visit this time. Which I have purchased 3 vehicles from this location. I haven't had an issue. But this time, after I left..I noticed several scratches on my vehicle Which I have purchased 3 vehicles from this location. I haven't had an issue. But this time, after I left..I noticed several scratches on my vehicle that wasn't there. I contacted the service center and spoke with John the service manager abs he asked for me to send pictures of the damage. I sent the pictures and texted him and back and still haven't heard back from him. This needs to be resolved, this was their negligence. More

Service was excellent. Austin Carr is great to work with. The only suggestion for improvement is to remove the salesman (red shirt) who was promoting vehicle assessment for Austin Carr is great to work with. He became aggressively annoying even after being told "no, not interested". Thanks to the understanding and professionalism of others, tension was deescalated. Terrence More
