I went to the dealer to do an alignment and oil change had to wait approximately 4 hours delay job on top of the when they told why it lasted longer they said it was because the car had some damage undern had to wait approximately 4 hours delay job on top of the when they told why it lasted longer they said it was because the car had some damage underneath the truck. Right after I they gave me my truck back. I’ve noticed that my seat was not moving back n forth. The seat was colapsed after the alignment toyota service did to me. I am not happy at all with the last job the service staff placed on my truck.🤦🏻‍♀️ More

Toyota of Tampa Bay was just interested in trying to be to get me to do every little expensive repair possible. What annoyed me is that they tried to aggressively buy my car from me as I was spending almos to get me to do every little expensive repair possible. What annoyed me is that they tried to aggressively buy my car from me as I was spending almost 600 on repairs. Additionally a 3% credit card fee is ridiculous. Almost $600 later and they couldn’t even wash my car for me! More
