He was an incredibly kind and beyond helpful. We ran into a few issues along the way and he worked with us to help us with the entire process. We had found ourselves getting a very different experience at Wow Wallingford Toyota in comparison to the experiences we had at other Toyotas dealerships. Tire rotation every 5000 miles, When tire pressure is done always way over what specs should be for 2024 Venza. Totota of wallingford always over inflates tires and each tire has different PSI's never co done always way over what specs should be for 2024 Venza. Which causes me to let excess air out if each tire every single time tires are rotated at wallingford Toyota. FYI my tire Pressure for all 4 tires was set even 33 PSI's prior to service rotating my tires. It's horrible your service technicians do not care about quality of service that should be provided. Going forward I will specify not to touch my tire pressure. Only rotate my tires. DEALERSHIP ONLY CARES ABOUT MAKING A SALE. NOT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. More
