Angel was very professional, not a pushy salesman. Angel took the time to listen to my car requests. My mother who only speaks Spanish was with me, Angel spoke to my mom I. Spanish. WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!!!!!!!!! I have bought 5 toyota cars over the past 10 years and I have never received the worst service in my life than I had on July 22nd. My service person I have bought 5 toyota cars over the past 10 years and I have never received the worst service in my life than I had on July 22nd. My service person was Jeff D. and he was the worst service person, he was terrible on communications, never checked if he had the right car he was working on, did not know what he was talking about regarding issues with the car. He went so far as to tell me that he had the right car and when I told him to check the Vin number on the car he came back and said I was correct he had the wrong car history on the car. I had to leave the car for 2 days when it was a simple issue that would have only taken a few hours. When I told him I wanted pick up the car and to leave the keys in the glove box, that did not happen. When I got there the keys were no where to be found. I looked all over the car then Jeff proceeded to tell me that I did not look at the right place. I finally opened the passenger door and then the key fell out. Not to mention that there were grease stains all over my car doors, and on my steering wheel, and dashboard. I would suggest they re-train their staff along with tech people. They charged me 130.00 for a loose wire under the seat, and wanted to charge me over 500.00 to fix something that they didn't fix correctly the first time.I would suggest people reconsider buying or servicing their cars at this dealership. More
