He spoke to us first about what we wanted in the car, then compiled a list of three Rav4's that they had in the lot. We looked at each one. The first one was automatically crossed off the list. Then on to the second one - this one we took for a ride - nice ride, so he wanted to show us the last Rav4 (SE) - this car drove more like a truck so we decided to look again at the second choice. We left for a bit and when we came back, he started writing up the offer. We looked at other area dealers and this was by far the best bang for the buck. I liked that he had offered up some choices, not necessarily what we were looking at and was open to discussing other options. He was not pushy and would find out the answers to our questions if he didn't know them. He was very friendly and approachable. More
