Couldn't be happier! Superior Experience! Tim Roy helped me find my new Tundra. Toyota of Wallingford only had a few Tundras on the lot when I first arrived, all with the 4.6L engine. The sale price of the Tundra, as well as the value they gave me for the trade-in of my 4Runner, were right on point with Kelley Blue Book. I will admit to shopping around at other dealers after first meeting with Tim at Toyota of Wallingford, and nobody else even came close to the price or the superior level of service. This is the first time I've ever felt that I got a really fair, honest deal at a dealership! Worst experience ever! I went to Wallingford of Toyota to purchase a new limited edition rav4 and I told the sales person I wanted his best price....I explained that I had a I went to Wallingford of Toyota to purchase a new limited edition rav4 and I told the sales person I wanted his best price....I explained that I had already shopped around but we live in the next town over and I wanted to establish a relationship with a neighboring dealership. The general manager insulted my intelligence by asking me to make an offer instead of just giving me his best price. When I finally told him the price I got from another dealership he said he would give me a price..... He sent his salesman out to once again ask me to make an offer above MSRP. I walked out! Colony Toyota of Middletown was professional, courteous, and didn't waste my time. They gave me a great price and were more than wonderful to my daughter who was buying her first new car. I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a Toyota to go to COLONY TOYOTA in Middletown NOT WALLINGFORD. More
