This has been the most stressful process ever. I didn't even get to test drive the car because they had lost the key. They made me put down 250.00 for no apperant reason and said it was refundable a didn't even get to test drive the car because they had lost the key. I have called numerous time to get some answer about insurance and registration...left messages and no one calls me back. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. The salespersoon was very helpful in us choosing the vehicle , the sales mgr was excellent in explaining the details of the price for our trade in and also the rebate and the 0%financing. She verified that the vehicle I was interested in was still in stock and said that a sales representative would contact me ASAP to confirm. CJ Marella got back to me by opening time. We discussed the truck and financing, as I was hoping Toyota could match the rate I had been offered by my credit union--which they did. I left a deposit and made an appointment to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived to get my new Tacoma, everything was ready to go-- paperwork, vehicle, etc. CJ walked me through the entire process and was extremely attentive to me as a customer. Once the paperwork had been completed, he explained all the features of my new truck in detail, even syncing my iphone with the bluetooth in the vehicle. I must say that I had attempted to purchase a vehicle from the local dealership where I live in Danbury and got nothing but the runaround. Ib was a highly unpleasant experience.
