I was undecided what make and model vehicle I had wanted to purchase so I had already been to 4 other dealerships prior to visiting Toyota of Wallingford one late night. They were about to close but Steven Rincon took the time to show me the differences between a Camry and Avalon. I didn't want to keep him so I took his card and returned a few days later. We took a few cars out on a test drive and he helped me decide which vehicle would suit my needs best. No other dealership I had been to described the vehicles and options as clear as he did. There was no pressure, only an understanding of the differences. I would highly recommend this dealership and if all the employees are as knowledgeable and patient as Steven and Gloria were we should enjoy many years together. Oh...and I love my Camry XLE. More

We had a very good experience with Steve Rincon at Toyota. Not only was he personable and professional but VERY patient in helping us find the right vehicle to suit our purposes. He was very attentiv Toyota. Not only was he personable and professional but VERY patient in helping us find the right vehicle to suit our purposes. He was very attentive in listening to our needs and what we were looking for. We went back on 4 occasions and vascillated between a truck and an SUV. We even backed out of our first contract without penaties. Steve did not try to just "make the sale", we really felt he wanted us to have the right car and in the end we feel we made the right decision with the right dealer. (We bought the truck). Great overall experience. This is our 2nd vehicle with this dealer and will most likely go back for our next one-mostly because of the service beyond the sale. At approximately 9:15 am 4 Sep 2013, while driving, an erratic instrument cluster readout, and transmission hunting , ending with ''check engine" indicator but with the problem having, apparently, otherwi erratic instrument cluster readout, and transmission hunting , ending with ''check engine" indicator but with the problem having, apparently, otherwise resolved itself after 5 miles of further driving, required prompt analysis and correction on my 2012 Tacoma showing 8740 miles. "Laurie" courteously took my call around 10:15 am, and indicated the shop had the capability to look at the problem that day . I dropped off the vehicle at around 10:45 : Mr. Olson was almost immediately able to fit this unplanned visit into the busy shop schedule , had the problem (rodent had gnawed insulation from electrical cables in both rear headlights) pinpointed by your mechanics at around noon, and advised the vehicle would likely be ready around 3:00 pm. I left, and on my return around 4:00pm , the problem had been corrected . Another good customer experience . Thank you all, Charles ingold. More

For this visit we dealt with a new sales consultant, Nick, who was friendly, courteous, and while, maybe a bit nervous at first, knew answers to most of the questions we posed. Frank, the General Sales Manager, supported the discussions with Nick and also couldn't have been nicer and without pressure. In the end we made the decision to lease a PriusV. We believe the amount provided for the trade-in for our Kia van, as well as the price for the lease of the new car, was very fair. More
