Our experience with Mike was exceptional. We chose Toyota of Wallingford because my fiance purchased his first Toyota 4Runner there 9 years ago and he has been very happy with their service. When we walked into the showroom we were immediately greeted by an employee and offered coffee and water and were taken to a table to wait for a sales person. When Mike arrived a few moments later and introduced himself he was extremely friendly and seemed very dependable. We were initally looking at a new 2012 4Runner, which Mike gave us all the details about. When we took it for a test drive, Mike was personable, and thoroughly answered all of our questions. Mike ran through all the numbers with us, and gave a great price for the truck. We then noticed a silver 2013 Toyota 4Runner Mike was more than happy to show us that truck as well. We decided to purchase the 2013 4Runner and Mike was able to get us a very reasonable purchase price. When we returned to pick up the truck, Mike was again very helpful in walking us through the final steps of the purchase. He was very nice and made the experience feel like we were working with family. Overall, we had a great experience at Toyota of Wallingford. All the employees were friendly and Mike, our sales person was not pushy in assisting us in our purchase. We would certainly recommend this dealership to our friends and family. 5 out of 5 stars for sure. More

This is the third vehicle that we have leased at Toyota of Wallingford. Can not imagine going anywhere else. We have worked with Mike Bush on two of the leases. We looked at multiple dealerships, multiple vehicles, and came back to Toyota of Wallingford because no other dealership could match the atmosphere of the dealership, the friendliness of the employees, or the value for the dollar. In January, my husband and I purchased a pre-owned Toyota RAV 4. Dan, the sales person was wonderful, very helpful and answered all of our questions. We also had a very good experience with the finance person. She was patient and explained all of the financial aspects of our purchase. Today, March 15 we had our Toyota serviced for the first time. Unfortunately both my husband and I are very disappointed with the sevice person who answered our phone call. Do not have this person's name, but it was a woman. Both my husband and I called at different times during the day to find out how the car was. The person that we both spoke to was indifferent, almost to the point of being rude. When I called, got the feeling that I was "bothering" her. Along with the oil change, I wanted to know if there was any other issues with the car. When she came back on the phone, her answers was "it's finished". When I asked her again if there were any other issues, she stated after a long pause...."I would have to go back and ask" Don't bother I said. I hope this isn't going to be ongoing issues, because this will be the last time that we bring the car in for service in Wallingford. I haven't heard good things in general about the service department in general at this dealership and today the rumors proved to be true. Liesl and Jospeh Gargiulo More

After visiting a few other dealerships, Toyota of Wallingford was a next stop -- primarily because of the rating on dealerrater.com, especially the pricing score. Upon arriving, the target price for Wallingford was a next stop -- primarily because of the rating on dealerrater.com, especially the pricing score. Upon arriving, the target price for the transaction was identified and, with Celina's help, the price was reached in one pass. This price beat the other dealerships visited. In one case, a dealer outlined a price over $3000 higher than the price agreed upon at Wallingford. Executing the transaction was also a breeze. Celina and Paul made that process flow smoothly. In addition, Celina offered cards for key contacts in service for ongoing reference. This may be the first time I've experienced this. On the whole, the transaction was a pleasant experience. More
