A year ago I went in to this dealer and bought a Higlander from Mike Bush and it was a great car, I just wanted something bigger. I liked the 4-runner but I never thought I could get this car becaus Higlander from Mike Bush and it was a great car, I just wanted something bigger. I liked the 4-runner but I never thought I could get this car because it was expensive. I went in for mainteance on my old car and started talking to Mike Bush about how much I like the 4 runner, he then stated let me run some numbers for you and lets see what we can do. To my surprise the payment was not much more then what I was paying for the old car and it had everything in the car I needed and wanted. The staff at the dealer worked with me on every little detail and never once did I feel pressured to purchase the car by mike. Stuart was awsome in the finace area and Gloria had everything ready for me to sign, was in and out with paper work in 10 minutes. The whole process was incredibly easy and smooth. I got a great deal on an awsome car and would reocommend this dealer. Dont forget to ask for Mike Bush- awsome salesman!! More

I was looking at Audi Q5 BMW X3 and Acura RDX. I was not considering buying a RAV4 but I know the dealer to be friendly and it is very easy to look at vehicles there. Easy parking and not an aggressive sale considering buying a RAV4 but I know the dealer to be friendly and it is very easy to look at vehicles there. Easy parking and not an aggressive sales staff is what I like. The RAV4 is new and we both liked it but we were set on more of a "high end" vehicle. Frank was nice enough to take us out in a Limited model with Navigation. As we drove he explained all the features and we saw that we really liked the vehicle and it had all of the same options and more of the other cars we were looking at. He closed the deal by giving us more for our trade in than any other dealer we went to. Now the RAV4 is not a BMW or an Audi. No, the RAV4 uses regular gas, gets better gas millage, and with all the same options it has more room on the inside and that will come in handy when you have to store the $17,000.00 you saved by buying one. My wife and I, couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the dealer who saved us all that money. I mean it's not everyday you get to save that kind of money. More
This is my 3rd Rav 4 that I have purchased from this dealership. I live in Thomaston and have 2 other dealerships that are closer to home but I choose to go to Wallingford because of the customer servic dealership. I find that Wallingford has the best to offer for a customer. As soon as you walk into the door you can tell that it is a very friendly place to do business. The people are very friendly and polite. They make you feel very comfortable and offer the customer things that other dealerships don't want to spend money on. It's the little things that add up that really count in the long run. You can get coffee at any car dealership but Wallingford makes sure you have a choice of what you would like, donuts, tea, juice, soda, so it is very customer friendly. Now to get to the people, my sales person was Steve and he was just wonderful to deal with. He never made my husband or me feel like we were asking too many questions and made sure we were comfortable with all of the new features. We then dealt with Gloria, she was the nicest financial person that I have met. Not only does she do her job well but it's nice to be able to joke around with someone while doing all of your business. She was just great. Lastly we met with Diane, who had taken care of a problem that I had a couple of years ago, and she is just as wonderful as the others. She makes sure that everything has been covered with the customer and that you are comfortable with everything before you leave. The team at Wallingford is one of the best and I hope that they do all they can to keep teams like this together. They are the ones who make the customer feel important and doing business with them is a pleasure. After reading my review please let these employees know that they have done a good job and it's because of them that I keep coming back. My last job before I retired was in a dealership and the employees usually only hear when they have done something wrong, and they also need to hear when they have done a good job, and these people have, that's why I keep coming back. Disrespectful, untrustworthy, & completely unprofessional to my girlfriends's parents. Ron Jackson and Mike Bush helped create an aggressive deal for my 2013 Avalon as well as working hard to locate the car from another dealer's allocation. It was a great sales experience - they did every deal for my 2013 Avalon as well as working hard to locate the car from another dealer's allocation.
