Overall, I had a very good experience with Toyota of Wallingford. I originally contacted them online for a price quote (after I had already test driven the model I decided I wanted to buy at another dea Wallingford. When I drove the 35 miles to Wallingford and met with Ron Jackson, he was efficient, courteous and didn't patronize me (I'm a woman) or waste my time, which I really appreciated. In the end, it came down to two dealerships; although Toyota of Wallingford was not the cheaper of the two, I had a better overall feeling about that dealership and their reputation. When I went to pick up the car, Dan Roberts was fantastic (even washed the dead bug detritus off my old license plates before putting them on my new car), even promising to meet me at a later date closer to my home to show me the Bluetooth and enTune navigation system. However, he did not call. After I emailed Ron Jackson, Dan called me, and we set up a time to meet in Milford. Literally 10 minutes before the meeting time, Dan called me to say he was stuck at work and would call me the next day to reschedule. He never did; as a result, I have only rudimentary understanding of the enTune system and cannot make calls from the Bluetooth system in my car. More

I have bought many autos here starting in 1981 everyone does everything in their power to take care of you and I can truly say that my friend owns a Toyota dealership .i can't think of too many dealerships does everything in their power to take care of you and I can truly say that my friend owns a Toyota dealership .i can't think of too many dealerships where the owner will sit and have coffee with you and just talk with you and any time you would like to come down and look at new cars they always welcome you and they don't pressure you also they take all the stress out of buying a new car because they will just give a great price and won't waste your time .everyone works as a team sales , service, parts are all great folks I won't go anywhere else to buy my toyota Thanks More

This is my first time doing business with Toyota of Wallingford. A recent customer purchased a Toyota from them and recommended I stop in and talk to them. My sales person was Frank Pagliuca who treated me like royalty. I never met Frank before but in a matter of seconds I felt very comfortable speaking with him. It was obvious after discussion of my new car needs that Frank was very knowledgeable about Toyota and the different models, styles, and performance of the vehicles. He gave me every opportunity to ask questions and guided me to my final car of choice. Frank was detailed about describing the attributes of the Camray that I test drove and ultimately purchased. The entire precess was very easy and not pressured. The Camray is a most exciting car to drive. Purchasing a car was once a dreadful experience in the past. My attitude has now completely changed for the better. What a wonderful experience doing business with Wallingford Toyota, the staff, Frank Pagliuca the salesman who walked my through the dealership, and finally, Mr. Sohail Butt who clearly explained the important details of the financial arrangement. I suggest to any perspective buyers to consider doing business with Toyota of Wallingford. You will be impressed--I certainly am. More
