Frank Pagliuca has been the best sales person I have had at this dealership. I have been coming here since 2005 and this is my 3rd Toyota I bought here but he truly made the experience stress free. Infact before I even picked up the new truck I was already telling a customer of mine about him as she was also in the market for a new Toyota I also can not say enough about Gloria Fernandez. She also made the purchasing of the vehicle very easy & again stress free. She explained everything to me & didn't try to pressure me into anything. I also loved her sense of humor. I have always found the service staff very friendly & helpful but been intimidated by the sales staff, however these two have made me no longer feel that way.
