I purchased a used 2012 Tundra. It was taken in on trade on or around August 1st of 2012. I took delivery of used truck on 11/3/12. Upon taking delivery I was informed that there was only 1 key & key fob to on or around August 1st of 2012. I took delivery of used truck on 11/3/12. Upon taking delivery I was informed that there was only 1 key & key fob to the truck! I went back inside & spoke with Dan Roberts and Stuart Heisler about this and asked for a 2nd key and key fob. I was told in front of a room full of people that Stuart would get right on it and have Steve Zion look into the matter and would have more information on the following Monday. Monday came & went with no phone call. I then called Dan Roberts and he informed me that they had contacted the previous owner who found the missing key & key fob and would bring it to them ASAP.I would then be contacted to arrange for pick up or for them to drop in mail to me. Well , needless to say here it is 11/27/12 and I have left multiple voicemails for Dan Roberts to call me back regarding this. No return calls.I can not get connected to Steve Zion , jr or Sr. I called again on Friday 11/23/12 was put in touch with Frank Mikolike and was promised that he would look into the matter and get back to me on Monday 11/26/12. Again no call back. I called today 11/27/12 and was bounced around their phone system and left another message for Frank Mikolike and have not heard anything. It was noted in the car fax report that the truck had no accidents reported. My wife's keen Eye picked up 2 vertical sub surface ripples in the passenger side of the pick up bed. I asked Frank about it and asked if it was covered under the certified used warranty , he said" The truck was perfect, I dont know what you are talking about", I said well there are these vertical ripples in the bed on one side, I said thats not perfect, Will toyota give me a new bed? he laughed at me!! I said but it should not be like this or CAR FAX should have had something on this.... he said well I would need to see it and I'll be in touch on Monday........no call...... More

Being a woman and walking in the door of the dealership where it is predominantly men, I did not feel intimidated or pressured as though I was being taken advantage of. The staff treated me with the utmost respect you can ask for. After the deal was made I also had the pleasure of meeting Gloria Fernandez who I sat down with to work out the finances. What a cheerful personality she has. She walked me through the whole process,we had a few laughs and she made it a daunting task a very pleasant one. I thank her for that, and Bill too for making my experience a very pleasant one. I would definitely purchase another vehicle at this dealership as well as recommend to friends and family. Evan was very knowledgable as well, and just as friendly. He took me through the paperwork process and told me everything there was to know about the car, inside and out. Evan kept the mood light, and was easy to talk to, which helped relieve the stress of buying a new car. Most importantly, he had integrity. For example, I had already agreed to make the purchase, and settled on the price. After I signed some paperwork, he came back and offered an extra $1000 rebate that I was eligible for. I would recommend both salesmen to anyone. Great dealership! More

I was feeling very helpless in the car situation I was facing. My car was having every problem possible, I went to Toyota of Wallingford looking to trade my car in. I was thinking that I would be laughed facing. My car was having every problem possible, I went to Toyota of Wallingford looking to trade my car in. I was thinking that I would be laughed at and sent away, I figured I would give it a try anyway because I heard wonderful things from a fellow employee who had dealt with them in the past. My intentions were to shop around until I came across Frank and Stuart. They went way above and beyond my expectations. After driving my car they first explained what I would be dealing with if I had kept my current car. (It was not safe at all)they then offered me a more then fair trade. I was shown a few different options, I explained what I would be able to handle financially and they worked extra hard to make sure they could not only fit my needs financially, but fit those needs while getting me in the car that I had decided I wanted to go home with! We came to an agreement, that I was extremely happy with and Gloria was able to wrap all that up for me. She was very detailed and did not hesitate to answer any questions, She was even able to explain a few ways that I could save money depending on which payment schedule I was gona go with. I had never purchased a car on my own and was very nervous but upon talking with Frank, Stuart and Gloria I was compleyely at ease making the desiscion of purchasing my own car!! He made us feel right at home, and even stayed late to help us seal our deal. He even called us a few days later to check on us and make sure we were happy with our vehicle. Frank Mikolike, the sales manager, was also there to answer any questions that my wife and I had, and put our minds at ease. And last, but certainly not least, Gloria Fernandez, the finance manager, helped us get our numbers in order. She set us up with a payment plan that will save us a great deal of money by the end of our loan, which made us very happy. They all provided us with great customer service and made us feel part of the Toyota of Wallingford family! We have already sent a few friends over and would them recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! More
