I went in to look and drive a car, and was given the long spiel by the salesperson (while Steve R. was friendly and helpful) which I did not need. I was able to get a significantly lower price in Torrington--which WFD could not match b/c they could not go "under invoice". They showed me a supposed internal form which honestly, felt false to me because I got better prices at a # of other dealers. After stating my other price offered, my salesperson just stopped responding w/o even an "I'm sorry I just can't do that" email. Overall, I found this dealership to be poor relative to all others I've been to. More

I've only dealt with Wallingford Toyota for service, but have serviced 5 different Toyota's there over the years. From a service perspective, they are second to none. After strugging with lousy dealer service elsewhere, beforehand, I was grateful to have found Wallingford Toyota. We drive 40 minutes to Wallingford Toyota, driving by a few other dealers on the way. Gloria is the best!!! She is honestly the nicest person I have ever come across at any dealership. She treats you like you are part of her family and has known you for years.
