I had a price gotten from the internet. When I went into Wallingford Toyota and met with Mike, he said "we can do that". I wanted a base model Tacoma in Black with the only two options available. Mike and the location expert had to work hard to find one. It took extra effort and a while to get one but they did. Because of the delay, Mike arranged for me to have a loaner to use untill they could get the truck into the dealership. I also wanted to have back-up sensors installed. The day of installation another loaner was provided. The experience provided through Mike has been better than excellent. By the way we bought a 2011 RAV4 from Wallingford Toyota and the Maintenance Department and vechicle has been excellent. What more to say but "Thank You" Paul More

We had a GREAT experience at Toyota of Wallingford. My husband and I wanted to trade in our Toyota Sienna Mini-van that we owned for 5 years for something new. I know that it could be hard to shop for a car with kids, however for us it is a family choice. Ron and the staff were so understanding and accommodating to the kids. Not knowing what kind of car we wanted, Ron showed us several different ones. At the point when I thought we were probably confusing the salesman as to what car we wanted, he turned to us and said " I got it, I know exactly what you are looking for". Ron was right! He was listening to all of our family needs in a car, he brought us over to the Highlander it has leather seats, navigation, blue tooth , moon roof and third row. We were sold!! These guys were absolutely phenomenal to do business with. They made sure I understood all my contractual obligations once I did have my new car, and before that they still jumped through hoops to get m with.
