Mike Cote was a professional salesman. His demeanor and knowledge of the product was exemplary. Even though I knew the vehicle that I wanted, he never once tried to sway me from my goal which was owning th knowledge of the product was exemplary. Even though I knew the vehicle that I wanted, he never once tried to sway me from my goal which was owning the 2012 Tundra TRD Rock Warrior pick-up truck. I had a monthly payment in mind and a trade in price for my current vehicle. We were able to reach a more than agreeable deal at the end of the day. Mike was able to answer all my questions regarding this truck and even went out of his way to ensure I understood how to operate the navigational system and Bluetooth capabilities. Mike was extremely helpful the following day when I returned the dealership to inquire about additional accessories to my new truck. I have already told a number of friends and family about this dealership in which I have bought three vehicles from in the past and I have given them all Mike's name and number. Thanks again Mike. Stay away from this dealership as far as service is concerned (Toyota of Wallingford). I recently bought a certified Camry from this dealership. The sales team were great. Gloria Fernandez, who is incharge for finance is polite but will gloss over extremely important extended warranty detail as if you were buying a snickers and it is not relevant. She does a great job of doing it. My initial review here was not positive but I received a barrage of phone calls and e-mails until I finally changed it. There is a sound from the odometer that starts as the car starts moving and it is not consistent. It is usually the case when it is cold. Since the weather is warmed up it is unpredictable when it will start making sound. I took it to service department and the second sentence out of Casey Munroe's mouth was " I can't throw parts at the car". It was his smugness that was utterly disturbing. This person should not be dealing with customers. Well, I guess it was fine for me to throw 23k at the dealership but they can't throw a part worth 200 to fix a problem.
