Mike Cote was a professional salesman. His demeanor and knowledge of the product was exemplary. Even though I knew the vehicle that I wanted, he never once tried to sway me from my goal which was owning th knowledge of the product was exemplary. I had a monthly payment in mind and a trade in price for my current vehicle. We were able to reach a more than agreeable deal at the end of the day. Mike was able to answer all my questions regarding this truck and even went out of his way to ensure I understood how to operate the navigational system and Bluetooth capabilities. Mike was extremely helpful the following day when I returned the dealership to inquire about additional accessories to my new truck.
