This dealership, the people that make it what it is, blow the preconcieved notion that Dealerships and car salesmen are sly and try to rip you off right out of the water! I bought my Highlander there three years ago, in that three years I have been to the dealership several times for car service. The BEST staff ever. I never mind going there and they are so helpful and friendly. And I dont get the impression that they are just 'friendly' because they have to be. They are genuinely nice people. They have gone out of there way to help me many times. When my son's 1989 camry was on its last leg I said lets take it to Toyota for a diagnostic. They pronounced it dead and rightly so. We met with Naeem who was so sweet and reassuring of our situaion. He helped my son purchase his first car from a dealership. We drove out with a 2008 Scion and it was a great experience. Paul Soloman the finance guru there who also did my finance for my highlander, really set us up with an affordable payment plan. Explained all the options and totally took the stress out of financing a car. I have told them there that I dont look for where to buy my next car, I know where... there! Whatever they are doing they need to keep it up, its a great place. More

After shopping at 2 other competing dealerships I gladly made my purchase from Toyota of Wallingford. I made an inquiry regarding a Tacoma I found on the dealers on line inventory. With in the hour Ron Ja made my purchase from Toyota of Wallingford. I made an inquiry regarding a Tacoma I found on the dealers on line inventory. With in the hour Ron Jackson e-mailed me a video of a walk around of the Tacoma, showing the options, window sticker, interior, live navigation demo, rebate info etc. I was traveling a long distance and was glad to see with my own eyes this was equipped just the way I wanted it. I sent one more e-mail question after the dealer closed, however Ron again responded immediately. The next day after a short negotiation with Dan Roberts I completed a purchase agreement on a new Tacoma. The process was actually enjoyable. My trade in was appraised very fairly, the new Tacoma was priced below my other quotes and I couldn't have been made more comfortable by the staff. The following day my new truck was in perfect condition ready for delivery. Dan set up my accounts for the Entune and Navigation systems, completed the programming and answered my questions enabling me to start using the systems right away. My wife even took advantage of the complimentary manicure the dealer offers. If we had our son with us he could have played in the child friendly play area or visited the monster truck outside. Bottom line, the negotiation was fair, honest and hassle free, trade in value was generous and the easy going and competent staff made for a great experience. My daughter and I went to Toyota of Wallingford on a Sunday. She lives in Wallingford and this dealership happened to be open that day. I had a Toyota Highlander that was coming off a lease that she w Sunday. She lives in Wallingford and this dealership happened to be open that day. I had a Toyota Highlander that was coming off a lease that she was interested in purchasing. I was also interested in a lease/purchase of a 2012 Toyota Rav4 Sport. We were introduced to Mike Bush who took us for a test drive. Mike was very nice and after the test drive we discussed that we were interested in trading in my daughters Nissan Pathfinder to purchase the Highlander off the lease and I wanted to purchase the new Rav4. What seems like a very complicated transaction went very smoothly. Jay De Angelis helped Mike Bush with the sale as this was his second day on the showroom floor. This is the 5th Toyota my family has purchased so it is not necessary to sell me on the product...but customer service is what sells me. Everyone was very helpful and extremely accommodating. Toyota needed to locate the Rav4 sport I was interested in. They made changes as I wanted heated seats and leather interior. On Tuesday evening both families headed to the dealer after work where all the paperwork was signed and each family left in the car of their choice. Both Mike and Jay were easy to work with and made a somewhat complicated deal seem easy. I would recommend Toyota of Wallingford to anyone. My granddaughter also loves the inside playground near the waiting room. Thank you. Debbie More
