When I went to purchase my 2005 RAV4 in November 2005 I explained how important it was to have AWD. I was told that FWD with traction control and vehicle stability control would work just as well as AWD. W explained how important it was to have AWD. I was told that FWD with traction control and vehicle stability control would work just as well as AWD. We had a snowstorm within a week and the vehicle didn't handle as well as AWD which I explained that I wanted to feel safe when driving because I drove a lot at the time. I went back in to talk to the salesperson and he avoided me. I was told by the manager there was nothing they could do because it was a lease. I believe because Toyota of Wallingford donates money they got out of this even though I reported them to Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone and this has led me to not want to get a brand new car from a dealer ever again. Thank you Toyota of Wallingford for being businesslike and professional!!!
