It was a great experience. The valet Bailey welcomed me and led me to the service area. The service manager Shannon explained what they would do. She directed me to the waiting area. A short time later, Shannon came out and explained what they found. She showed me a photo of a radiator leak. There were a few other things. The car needed to stay overnight. Their driver drove me home even though I live a town beyond their normal range. Shannon called the next day. The driver picked me up (unfortunately, I don't recall his name). He was a good driver. He led me to the service area. He said he would bring my car to a location that was easily accessible to me and he did. I settled up with Shannon. It was a great experience. More

I have been a customer since 2008 when I bought my Matrix new. My only complaint is the time it takes to make an appointment for service and even though you have an appointment the time your car is in serv new. The quality of work is fine and there isn't excessive pressure to do work that isn't essential. I dropped the car off at 8:45 for an oil change and tire rotation.
