I had a great experience at Lexus, thanks to Howard. From around 11am to 4pm on a Sunday, he was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely pleasant to spend time with. Howard also shared a bit about his family business, and it really reflected the strong values he carries—honesty, respect, and a sincere approach to helping people. That came through clearly in the way he treated us throughout the entire visit. The dealership itself was beautiful and very clean, which added to the overall positive experience. My wife went in for a common surgery August 2025. The surgeon made a mistake that did catastrophic damage. A few days latter she was flown by helicopter to Orlando. My wife ended up getting 12+ operations and was in the hospital for over 100 days. Our medical bills are $2.4 million. During that time the lift gate on her Lexus RX350 stopped working. We plan on buying a new Lexus in 6 months and did not want to spend a lot of money on her 2007 car. But the rear door is too heavy for my wife due to all the health issues. I made an appointment at TC Lexus to get the rear hatch fixed. The advisor said there will be a $289 diagnostic fee. I told him that is outrageous. I called JM Lexus while I was at the Ft Piece dealership to make an appointment. JM Lexus said the fee is $149. Before I left TC Lexus I spoke with Michael and gave him all this information. He did not offer to do anything. When I arrived at JM Lexus the service advisor said the diagnostic fee would only be $125. 1 ½ hours later the advisor called to say my car was ready. He said the issue was a power outage at some point. That was reset and the lift gate started working. JM Lexus did not charge me anything!!! Honestly, I almost started crying. Where do you think I will buy my next car? JM Lexus. That dealership gives the staff the power to do the right thing. I am guessing TC Lexus management does not give the staff the power to make decisions and do the right thing. I have seen a lot of good employees leave TC Lexus over the years. I was at the dealership the first week it opened. I love Lexus cars. It is a shame the Ft Pierce dealership is so poorly managed. They obviously love money. But there is more to life than loving money. More
