took care of the issue and had my wife on her way with a loaner in a timely manner. No scuffs or foot prints on the interior like last time. I regret that I did not speak with the techs while there as I find the manual ponderous and hard to find answers on -getting mirror to fold in when door lick is activated, lower height of trunk door, reprogramming radio.
