Friendly Carlton took us for a test ride and did an excellent job explaining the features of the ES350 and RX350. We then made a deal to buy the RX350.. Steve Kritikos finalized the paper work and did a fabulous job explaining the extended warranties. The delivery specialist Marc Jean is well versed on all of the features of the RX350 and did an excellent job explaining how to use them. I came in to have my 2011 Lexus checked because the tire light would not go off. I was told it required a diagnostic test at the cost of $181.00. As it tuned out there was a nail in a tire. I thought the charge excessive since I bought a new car. More
