Too expensive I have always taken my car to a Lexus dealer. My car is 13 years old. I received a service estimate for $3,500! When I found a reputable place to do I have always taken my car to a Lexus dealer. My car is 13 years old. I received a service estimate for $3,500! When I found a reputable place to do the repairs that were absolutely necessary, the cost was less than $500. Finding out that so many of the repairs were not necessary made me feel like the Lexus dealer was trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman. To add to my belief, a salesman who saw me waiting for my car was trying to get me into a new car which I would have been vulnerable due to the extremely high cost of repairs I was told my car “needed!” More

Very good service job! The service was very good and the cost was as predicted by the rep. The detailing was not as thorough as I expected from past experience. Some spots The service was very good and the cost was as predicted by the rep. The detailing was not as thorough as I expected from past experience. Some spots were missed on the inside and the inside of the front window was streaked. Overall very good, most details taken care of. However the two "shocks" that hold the hood open are weak and do not do the job! This was not noted on the inspection so I guess the motor itself was not cleaned ?? More

She was one of the kindest people I’ve met. She was very welcoming and went over everything that needed to be done and how long it would take.
