His approach was relaxed and there was no pressure from him at anytime. He truly was concerned with how I felt and worked very hard with the managers and General Manager who were involved in making this transaction work. He truly was concerned with how I felt with my trade in and my requested price of the new vehicle I wanted. He found the way to make it work in my favor and I couldn't have asked for much more. I also want to thank the managers, finance department along with the General Manager who extended themselves to make the transaction complete. This was a very pleasant experience for once buying a vehicle. I purchased a new 2017 Toyota 4-Runner and ten (10) days later I purchased a new 2018 C-HR for my wife. Why, Because I felt comfortable with them, Tom Bean has been my Salesman on all 3 cars. We choose to go there not only for the DEALS they have but more importantly how they conduct themselves. Cooperative and understanding with no hassle ( We did this 3 times) each time is the same as the first. Simple. Go in ,pick car, sign papers, drive away. I recommend anyone to see this dealership.... I get the feeling they are more family driven... I like family. More
