Bought the truck in March got a recall card saying my truck had to be checked out, I'm do for and oil change no record of promised free oil change all I have is a business card with we owe maintenance on it. So I call and talk about the recall the business card and I'm told ok to drive 45 min each way all good. I meet Eric the asst service manager , who says my truck dosent have the tires for the recall check , The business card worthless fior his pay grade his words, I see Laura the receptionist who remembers us and the guy who did the financing he remembered me. So I get a one time free oil change and tire maintenance. Thank you , not the promise I was given So get it in writing, don't trust a business card Promise , I didn't get angry because I'm used to getting hopeful that I can trust people and learning not these people . I can live with being lied too and they can live with this review . More
