Fil rectified a tough situation- love my 4Runner! The delivery of my initial Toyota 4Runner did not go as planned. In fact, I was ready to ask for my money back and go to another dealership. Fil ste The delivery of my initial Toyota 4Runner did not go as planned. In fact, I was ready to ask for my money back and go to another dealership. Fil stepped in, took action and my beautiful 4Runner was shipped, detailed and delivered within 2 days of our second negotiated date. Fil kept me informed of the exact location of my vehicle as it was making its way from the Jax Port to Stuart. When she arrived, I received photos of my vehicle reassuring me all was well and after detail another photo/ text. Jarrett took the time to show me all the bells and whistles within the limited package. What could have been a cancelled transaction resulted in an amazing experience as I drove away Friday afternoon. Sometimes things don't go as planned the first time around but with great communication, effort and concern, Fil turned a tough situation around with excellent customer service.
