Excellent and timely service. I had set an appointment for servicing our Highlander. I was greeted by the staff as I stopped my vehicle in the service center. Love service dept so decided to buy car from them Shane Dufner PROMISED me no nonsense and lived up to that promise. Set phone timer to 1 hour as I absolutely was NOT going to sit while salesperson r Shane Dufner PROMISED me no nonsense and lived up to that promise. Set phone timer to 1 hour as I absolutely was NOT going to sit while salesperson ran back/forth to supervisor to talk football while trying to buy a car. Shane gave best price on the 2015 Prius I purchased and we then worked on the value of my trade. I was literally OUT THE DOOR less than 3 or so hours later driving the new purchase. Will be sending mom/dad there for their next purchase as well. More
