Ok, so I am a current Toyota Tacoma TRD PRO owner, with another 10k in aftermarket upgrades... My mother is getting ready for a new car currentlyin a volvo, prior to that a mercedes. She really likes the RAV4...today a very hot day here, we went inside to see what was there. We were approached by a very easy going salesman named Corey. Which I liked he gave me the space I needed. Three men, one of which was the *manager* as so he described himself. Was exceedingly upset as 2 other salesmen approached and asked if I was being helped to which I replied yes and showed Corey's business card. The manager then approached asked the same question to which I replied with the same answer. He said Corey was busy. The manager accused me of "just sitting in cars, not buying" and told me to leave. I asked for his card, he refused. I asked to speak with the owner...he then said "just leave" I will continue to update this review with any new outcomes as this is the dealership I take my own vehicle to. I am sure the owner would be appalled to se the staff speak to customers this way. This is a plea to hear from the owner. Please reach out! More
