At one point during the negotiation it became tense, but we agree to come to the table and work it out, and both sides received a fair and solid deal. The atmosphere at Trent Cadillac Buick GMC is extremely friendly and comfortable. The show room had plenty of room to "show off" vehicles without it feeling cramped. Lastly, I worked late, and I appreciate the Trent Cadillac Buick GMC team sticking around until way after hours to make our purchase a reality. We picked up a previously owned vehicle, and to us it feels and is brand new. We are enjoying our new ride, and should we ever need to trade in our other vehicle, we will be sure to look up Levi! My decision to upgrade from my 2017 Enclave was a tough one. I loved that car. Visiting area dealerships I encountered wonderful sales people and I have good friends at some of them. During my test drives he was a fountain of information with a terrific dash of good humor. I left my first visit with a better idea of cars that had potential. On my second visit with Ronnie I tested out some cars that were new but for a variety of reasons none were a fit. Ronnie was so patient with my indecision and desire to continue looking. My third visit was a winner. Ronnie showed me a gorgeous used Enclave Avenir with low mileage that fit all my criteria. He reviewed the vehicle features, set up the digital dashboard for my needs and explained my financing options. I drove away secure in my decision and thankful for Ronnie's professionalism, patience, sense of humor and caring guidance.
