I purchased a 2025 Grand Cherokee Summit that was pre negotiated. I asked about transparency and the representative for Trent before putting my deposit down. After driving 3 hours I arrived at Trent and negotiated. I asked about transparency and the representative for Trent before putting my deposit down. After driving 3 hours I arrived at Trent and inspected the vehicle. I proceeded on the purchase this new vehicle. After being solicited for a 5 Star review on Google to win a Yeti Cooler in a drawing, they drove the vehicle to the front their dealership. I was excited to take it home. I asked were the second key fob and they said they did not have it. So much for full transparency and disclosure. The salesman apologized and gave me a number of locksmith that could not get or vow program another key fob. I called Jeep and I can get the key for another $406.00. This dealership has a real problem with full disclosure on a material facts. Be careful. More
