Tommy explained and showed the modern technology capabilities of the Infotainment System on the new truck. His patience should be commended in providing help with setting up the high technology systems to someone who is not attune to all this computerized "STUFF"! He offered assistance 24 hrs. a day if I got confused with the these systems. He gave me peace of mind knowing that I can ask for help anytime. Trent GMC is very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable, companionate and respectful young man as part of the sales team. We had our family vehicles serviced at Trent GMC prior to this purchase and were very satisfied with the maintenance done and the assistance by the Service Representatives throughout our visit.
