He wasn't trying to "sell" me, he wanted to make sure I was happy the experience. Met with one of the managers, and then the finance person, everything was exceptional, very easy going. No one tried to mess with the numbers, everything was honest and comfortable. When they detailed the used vehicle it came out looking like new. I would 100% drive the 3 plus hours to go there again. We also had a total out the door price we wanted to be at and he also made that happen! If I could give a 6 star review I would!! The car looked great and he still had it detailed for us while we finished our paperwork. He also put a full tank of gas in it. Which may seem like a minor thing but I have bought used cars at other dealerships and they basically tell you to kick rocks with whatever fuel is in the car. We will definitely be choosing Trent Cadillac for our future purchases. By far the best dealership in craven county. Their people really do give you the edge!!! More
