When for what I thought was my 2nd Free oil change and found out I only get one so I paid my bill. Service writer was excellent he had a beard and was Caucasian. I love the dealer ship and I have been a customer for about 30 years but service to the people is lacking.I remember when I would take my car in if I needed one for the day they would give me one the peo about 30 years but service to the people is lacking.I remember when I would take my car in if I needed one for the day they would give me one the people do not have time to chat like they used to it takes longer for a oil change than I have ever seen had people are needing rides and have to wait I am looking for part time work and so I went there and talked to the manager and told him alot of things that he needed help with but he said he would not change anything. This is the third vehicle I purchased from Trent. Mainly because of Mike Perhaps. He truly is amazing. He listens to what I want and prepares the sale. He takes the time to explain everything. I decided to try leasing a vehicle this time and felt shaky about it. Mike came in to the finance office and explain how it helps rather than purchase. I totally trust him. He's so honest and patient. He spends the time explaining the features of the new vehicle and has me try them which cements them in my memory. The individuals at Trent responded to my asking for an increase on my trade-in and making the first payment. I had no idea that one was required to make the first payment at signing. I had only $100.00 in my bank account after the Easter holiday. I was feeling disappointed after all the work Mike did and Joshua's efforts in finance. I was pleasntly surprised when I was given another bonus by the dealership making the first payment. This made it possible to make the deal. Then, Mike Pecha made sure to obtain the vehicle and clean it up. I was able to take my new vehicle home the same day after Mike took the time to go over all the features and having me try them.
