He was a total professional, made sure that I understood the unique features of truck and was by far the most sincere and honest salesman I have ever dealt with. My experience with Trent was also exceptional. CT, the sales manager, was also the best sales manager that I have ever worked with -- up front, reasonable and honest. I would also like to commend Tim, the financial manager, for his professionalism and thoroughness. To me, the finance part of vehicle buying is always the most burdensome and time consuming. Not this time -- Tim was thorough, helpful and efficient. My experience at Trent was the absolute best I have ever incountered thanks to Ronnie, CT, and Tim. More
