This place has the absolute worst customer service I have experienced in years. I have been experiencing an ongoing issue with my brakes and this dealership has been unwilling/unable to resolve my problem. A experienced in years. The experience and service was so bad I complained to the General Manager and Service Director with zero response. Absolutely atrocious customer service to say the least. In addition to this, the service employee we dealt with was rude, condescending and unprofessional. I waited for 5 hours seeing him walk by multiple times while in the waiting room. I finally went to his desk only to be told they had not worked on my vehicle at all because they were waiting on a call from Nissan to see if they would warranty my brakes. I am in the process of trying to escalate my issue and complaint up the chain of management and will be contacting Nissan customer relations if I continue to be ignored by this organization. As a lifetime Nissan customer, I am at a total loss. I have never seen customer service this bad. More

If you want a vehicle let Angel help you with that. I live a hour and a half away and she got everything she needed out of the way so when I got there all I had to do was sign papers. We never talked on the phone once because of my work which I didn’t mind, I honestly rather text anyways but Her and the Sales Manager Justin got me in a nice vehicle that I was almost positive I wasn’t gonna get because of credit.
