Even the manager and the finance manager came over to personally introduce themselves to me. I did not feel pressured at all. The sales consultant who I worked with, Reed Scott, was pleasant and professional and even vacuumed and washed my rental car and went to return it with me so that I wouldn’t have to get an Uber. I was very impressed with the customer service from the greeter, sales consultant, financial manager and manager and every person who walked by had a smile on their face. Van and Reed took the time to talk with my dad on the phone and answer all of his questions and were very patient and respectful. Glen also offered to talk with him. I have been to other dealers and never before have I felt so confident that I was getting a reliable car for a great deal from people with honesty, integrity and a true appreciation and respect for the customer.
