Our sales rep Tyler Grant gave us all the time we wanted to sort through vehicles, showed us some hill climbing in the back (though I think that was more for his fun) and worked with us without pressure on the financials. Additionally, the finance rep, Glen Ballew, was a no pressure guy. I was hoping that they would match my credit union rate and he beat it without asking. They care about the customer. Negotiations still happen and are really unavoidable, they are in business to make money. But I feel I got a very fair price and don’t have any financial buyers remorse. More
