I changed the car I wanted from a Pacifica Hybrid to a Pacifi Chad Giller and Glen Bellew were very helpful in both the sales and financing processes. I changed the car I wanted from a Pacifica Hybrid to a Pacifica due to the Chrysler incentives which were available only on the latter vehicle - which I did not understand until Chad explained it. Then, I had another misconception about financing that Glen Bellew clarified, resulting in his needing to redo all the paperwork. Glen was extremely patient and personable throughout the entire discussion. The only negative in the entire experience was the length of time it took to see Glen after the sales process was complete. I got the impression that he was the only finance person working on a Saturday afternoon! More
