First they agreed to ship me a part that I wanted for my new Jeep Cherokee at no cost so I Troncalli and Chris Klass provided great customer service! First they agreed to ship me a part that I wanted for my new Jeep Cherokee at no cost so I didn't have to make the 30+ mile drive back to the dealership. Next, they found me an even better deal and sent poor Chris to my house in Atlanta during RUSH HOUR traffic to sign new paperwork even AFTER I had already signed the paperwork at a higher payment. Chris even installed my part for me while at my house!!! Very pleasant experience that I would not have gotten at an in-town dealer. More
