Even today, after buying my new Ram 1500, I am receiving phone calls from other dealerships. However, to Elaine, it was not just another car sale and she sincerely wanted to meet the needs of the customer. Troncalli as a whole was very accommodating to my needs and gave me a much better price than I previously received at other dealerships. Even after purchasing my vehicle, I received a phone call from James (finance services) stating that he thinks he has found a bank to give me even a lower interest rate.
