Won't buy from any other dealership or Sales Rep. (Kevin S.) I had been looking for a reliable car for my daughter, and had a specific idea of what I wanted, what I wanted to pay, mileage, monthly payments etc. I had been looking for a reliable car for my daughter, and had a specific idea of what I wanted, what I wanted to pay, mileage, monthly payments etc. I hadn't had a car payment for many years and I wasn't excited about the prospect of having another one! Originally I thought I would just purchase a car that I could pay cash for, but for my budget I was getting no where finding the right car. My daughter was set on getting an SUV and hadn't thought about a sedan, let alone a small one. I sent my tall order over to my good friend for many years, Kevin Slatton, and he told me "I'm on it!" I was expecting very little in choices since I had given him very little budget to work with. 24 hours later, Kevin sent me 4 possibilities, 3 SUV's and a Dodge Dart. I didn't even look at the Dodge Dart seriously because I knew what my daughter would like to drive which was a bigger car. But Kevin told me that the Dart was the best deal on the lot! I finally decided to look at it and convinced my daughter to keep an open mind about a small car. Not only did I LOVE the car, Kevin beat my monthly payment expectations by $100 a month, and basically found me a brand new, low mileage, car for my daughter that she can drive through college! SHE LOVES IT!!! My daughter is 16 and this is her first car. Kevin blew my expectations out of the water and went WAY above and beyond to make us happy!! What made it so special was how my daughter received her new car. Kevin put a big red bow on it and made a huge production of it! Made us all cry! No Hassles - Great Car! I was buying a car for my 21 year old son. We didn't have a lot of time. I found the vehicle advertised on autotrader.com and responded to the deale I was buying a car for my 21 year old son. We didn't have a lot of time. I found the vehicle advertised on autotrader.com and responded to the dealership through that website. They returned an anwer to my inquiry very rapidly giving me all the information I needed to decide to make the drive to Cumming from Powder Springs. Kevin was great - he inspected the car and gave me his honest opionion. Next day we headed up to see Kevin and he had the car waiting out front for us. The Nissan Xterra was meticulous - the dealership had serviced the car put new tires on it - it looked brand new for a 2006. I didn't have a lot of time and I didn't have a trade in. I told Kevin I had the return to work and they worked a deal with us that was honest, fair, and a great experience for my son to sit through. Thank you kevin and Troncalli for treating this single mom with respect and fairness and teaching her son that there are still great companies to do business with. We'll be back for future purchases for sure!!! More
