I mean exceptional from when I pulled in to the shop, the explanation of the work to be completed, the recall items checked on beyond what I was in for, and other items placed to order as a pro-active measure. To me, I look at the total experience with the car... the purchase... ownership (well its a darn ViperGT and my #1 car above even my old 11' GT3RS)... finance, and service.
