We`ve had our Jeep serviced at Troncalli for 8 years. Hence, when we decided to trade for a new one, it was only natural to start there in terms of pricing, selection, etc. By chance, we met Tyler Grant Hence, when we decided to trade for a new one, it was only natural to start there in terms of pricing, selection, etc. By chance, we met Tyler Grant who served as our sales associate and guide through the selection -purchase process. As someone who has not traditionally had pleasant experiences with agents from other companies (this was our fourth Jeep trade-in) in 23 years, I was not expecting this exchange to be any different. To my delight, Tyler made the process quick, friendly, informative, effective and even enjoyable. From start to finish Tyler was without a doubt the most knowledgeable and helpful car sales representative we have ever dealt with bar none. We got the Jeep we wanted, at a price we wanted with absolutely no hassles. In addition, Tyler went out of his way to insure that every step in the purchase process (i.e. trade appraisal, selection, option preferences, technical issues, payment methods, etc.) was seamless and effective ! We could not be more satisfied...we got a great vehicle at a very good price with the custom options we desired in a timely manner from a FANTASTIC salesperson.
