If I could give zero stars I would let's start my point of contact was Sydney Gann in which I had to reach out to her during the as she stated she was running late no problem this was at 9:11am. Stated when she got in in the next 5 mins she would call. Did all my paperwork with a quote the night before did not here from her until 12:09pm. I explained due to my job I couldn't come in and wanted to conduct the business over the phone mind you this is part of their advertisement during COVID-19. Conducted my credit app at 100pm had to call back at 3pm to get a response from her. Her response was my current car wasn't reporting on any credit report which blows my mind. I offered to send my reports to prove otherwise if though I shouldn't have to. She put the blame of CARLOS LUNA. My quote was with a 2,000 down payment on a Jeep Wrangler that is priced 1990 over MSRP but I said I'll negotiate the deal once she asked for maximum down payment haven't heard from her since I refused.
